Tercer Cuento del Concurso Cuentos Sin Final: "Paco Quiere Tango"

Hoy les traigo una nueva historia para que sus niños completen el final. ¿Quieren saber en qué me inspiré al escribir esta historia? Un día estaba llevando a mi niño a sus clases de natación y en el mismo gimnasio había un salón de baile. Allí vi a una chica muy chueca que estaba tomando clases de Tango. Así que volví a casa y escribí unas notas en mi anotador. Semanas más tarde nació el Gato Paco. 

Espero que disfruten de esta pequeña historia a la espera de un final. Las ilustraciones fueron hechas por una de mis artistas preferidas: Mi Hija.

El ganador de quien envie el final mas original para esta historia lo vamos a anunciar el Viernes 17 de Agosto y le obsequiaremos un clásico de la literatura infantil: "El patito Feo" en formato bilingüe.

   Paco Quiere Tango

Paco es un gato que ama bailar.

 Pero Paco tiene un problema: Es chueco.

¡Pobre Paco! El sueña con ser bailarín de tango, pero cada vez que intenta hacer el paso del 8, no logra cruzar sus piernas. ¡Qué frustración!

- Bailar el Tango es un arte difícil de aprender. Con tiempo y práctica lo lograrás-   dice su maestro Teo.

Pero Paco es testarudo como una mula y no quiere esperar. Por eso buscó la ayuda de su amiga Cuca, la vaca hechicera. Le contó su problema y le rogó por una solución.

- Tu quédate aquí sentadito, que yo voy a armar una poción mágica que enderezará tus piernas – aseguró Cuca.

Luego tomó un frasco de vidrio, le agregó polvitos de todos los colores, agua de tomate y otras hiervas. Mezcló todo 20 veces, dio 10 vueltas y 5 saltitos. Paco miraba asombrado. Cuando Cuca terminó, él tomó la poción mágica, la tragó en 1 sorbito y espero 2 minutos...

-  ¡Ey, no puedo caminar! – gritó Paco espantado con sus piernas pegadas.

-  Seguro se me fue la mano con el perejil. Esta poción no sirve- se excusó Cuca.

-  Por favor doña Cuca, arrégleme que así sólo puedo hacer el baile de las geishas.

Un poco enojado el gato Paco fue a visitar a Beto, el perro mecánico.

-Tengo una máquina que endereza clavos torcidos que puede ayudarte – le dijo su amigo muy convencido

Pero Paco salió espantado cuando vio las tenazas de aquella máquina. Parecía una planta carnívora hecha de acero.

Con el ánimo por el piso, Paco llegó a su casa. Ya no sabía que hacer para poder bailar el paso del 8…

Third Story on the Game of Stories Without an Ending: "Paco Wants to Tango"

Today I am publishing a new story without an ending. Do you want to know what was my inspiration? One day, I was taking my son to his swimming lesson and in the same facility there was a room for dancing classes. I was caught by the image of a young lady taking Tango classes, and she was very bow-legged. When I arrived home, I took my pen and notebook and wrote a few lines. A few weeks later, Paco the Cat was born. 

I hope you like my new story without and ending. The illustrations were made by one of my favorite artists: My Daughter. 

The kid, who sends the most original ending will be named as winner on Friday August 17th and will be awarded a classic book: "The Ugly Duckling" in bilingual format.

Paco Wants to Tango

Paco is a cat who adores dancing.

But Paco has a problem: He is a bow-leg cat.

Poor Paco! He dreams of becoming a Tango dancer, but every time he tries to make the 8 dancing move, he cannot cross his legs. What a frustration!

“Dancing the Tango is a delicate art, but don’t worry, with time you will be able to learn it,” says Teo his coach.

However, Paco is as stubborn as a mule, and he doesn’t want to wait. So, he asked his friend Cuca, the wizard cow, for help. He told her about his terrible problem and begged her to find a solution.

“You stay here, while I prepare a magic potion that will straighten your legs,” said Cuca.

Then, she took a jar, added some colored powders, poured tomate-water, and other herbs. She mixed everything 20 times, then she turned round 10 times, and finally gave 5 jumps. Paco was staring looking astonished. When Cuca finished, Paco took the magic potion, swallowed and waited 2 more minutes.

Then…

“Hey, I cannot walk,” he screamed in horror with both of his legs glued together.

“May be I put too much parsley on the potion,” excused Doña Cuca.

“Please Doña Cuca, with my legs like this, I can only make the geisha dance,” said Paco.

A little sad and quite angry, Paco decided to visit Beto, the handyman.

“Oh, I have a special machine that I use to straighten nails. That may work,” suggested Beto.

But as soon as Paco saw the tongs, he run away. That machine looked like a giant carnivorous plant made of steel.

Feeling depressed, Paco arrived to his house. He didn’t know what else to do, to be able to make the 8 dancing move...
